A well attended event over the course of two days with our stall set up in the splendour of the Dining Room with its columns and decorative ceiling. It was lovely to catch up with people from other vineyards and wineries from across the Central West and a get together on the newly opened roof area after COB on Saturday was also well attended.
Raindrops were falling, but not too much, which did not dampen the wine tasting, conversation or consumption of canapés.
The view of course was spectacular! It was also Hotel owner Mark’s birthday! He received a great cheer and chorus of Happy Birthday for his enthusiasm in hosting and supporting this event. Tourism in general, and the Blue Mountains and Central West also benefit greatly.
Staying at The Carrington is a bonus with all its past history, period furnishings and pictures. It was an enjoyable time serving our wines to all the wine enthusiasts and receiving such a great response to our wines.
