Cold and wintery at Boree Lane vineyard, but a burning off of a sizable pile of cut vines on a still sunny morning certainly provided plenty of warmth!
Last leaves clung to some Cabernet Sauvignon vines but the next day’s (Sunday 17th June) biting south westerly wind and the horizontal rain finally sorted them out and provided a definite wind chill factor! Certainly couldn’t complain about the much needed rain with 27.5 mm measured in the rain gauge.
