Winter has arrived with some sub zero temperatures but not as intense at Boree Lane as further up the mountain slopes. Pruning has just been completed with the spurs cut back ready for Springtime action. Parrots, currawongs, magpies, etc are still visiting and occasional kangaroos are enjoying winter grass. No sheep this year which no doubt pleases the rabbits. Some trees are still hanging on to their autumn coloured leaves.
