Winter Weather and sheep in the Vineyard

A small flock of Black-faced sheep are now munching their way around the vineyard. They managed to find a momentary bit of sunshine to enjoy amidst the cold overcast conditions and to use the dripper line for a good old neck rub.

Otherwise the weather was wet and very windy bending branches and, in the case of a young eucalyptus tree, breaking one of its branches. Birds seemed to cope and to continue sourcing food in the vineyard.

Very welcome evening relaxation in front of the warmth of the fire with cheese and bikkies complemented by the wonderful Boree Lane Wines 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon. Just so enjoyable!
